Life is always happening to unforeseen things. One plans something in advance and organizes and suddenly disaster strikes. It was about IRON-T21 with their last winter concert at Rockfact Music Club. The band Crossover Blues Band had to cancel their appearance and you had to find a second band to fill the gap. The line-up became complete again with Tierrax. They played together for the first time with Dizzip as support act of Gloria Volt at Rockfact Music Club three years ago. Tierrax had the honor to open the evening. The band members entered the stage on 9:15 PM. „Welcome To The Show“ sounded after an intro and marked the musical direction: 80’s hard rock with a sleaze touch.
Singer Olivia presented herself as rock-singer and reminded vocally of Blues Pills lead singer Elin Larsson. Furthermore she convinced with stage presence and charisma. The guitarists Andi und Robi provided the heavy sound and bassist Fönzu grooved on the bass. The performance enthralled the audience, because the music was catchy. The spectators could take a breath briefly by „Prisoner“ before the speed came back. It stayed that way until the last song „On My Way“. The band members obtained much applause for their show and left a good impression. Bassist Emi and the guitarist Mike and Marco had guitar duels with each other. The spectatores reacted enthusiastic. The speed slowed down by Living Colour hit„Love Rears Its Ugly Head“ and increased immediately. Very good and „Happy Day“ followed after The Animals hit „House of the Rising Sun“. The Poison hit „Nothing But A Good Time“ got played to create party vibes. Singer Tom lived the music with passion and devotion and showed a brilliant vocal performance. Bassist Emi left the stage to get in touch with the spectators. What was shown here was simply outstanding. Actually the members wanted leave after „Too Much Too Young“, but the audience didn’t want it. Encores followed. With the Robert Palmer cover „Bad Case of Loving You“ and „The Pretender“ the performance ended with the Neil Young hit „Keep On Rocking In A Free World“. Unchain were adopted with much applause and left a lasting impression that is outstanding. Rarely have you experienced such an energetic performance. That’s the way hard rock has to be performed live.
